The Washington Redskin were founded in 1932 as the Boston Braves. The team changed their name to the redskins in 1933, and in 1937, the changed locations from Boston to Washington, D.C. and they immediately their first super bowl out of their 3 wins and 5 appearances.
New York Giants
The Giants were founded in 1925 by the original owner TIM Mara and invested $500. THe were legally named ¨New York Football Giants¨ to distinguish them from the baseball team New York Baseball giants.
Dallas Cowboys
The Dallas Cowboys are personally my favorite team but that’s besides the point. The Cowboys are tied for second place for most superbowl wins with the San Francisco 49’s with 5 superbowl wins but they haven’t won a superbowl sense 1996.
this season was the last season with Jason Garrett as the head coach he coached for 10 seasons and had 0 superbowl wins as head coach and took the cowboys to the playoffs 3 times.
AFC
The AFC stand for American Football Conference the AFC contains of 4 divisions called AFC East, AFC West, AFC North, AFC South. the divisions have 4 teams in them and the team with the best record goes to the playoffs.

The NFC stands for the National Football Conference this conference has 4 divisions called The NFC East, NFC West, NFC North, NFC South. Each division has 4 teams the team in the division with the best record wins their division and goes to the play offs.

Super Bowl
The super bowl is the most watched football game in the united states even if your favorite team isn’t playing you still want to watch it. The super bowl played to figure out who has the best team in the league. The super bowl contains of the best team from the NFC and the AFC battling it out for the Vince Lombardi Trophy. Back in the olden days there were two leagues called the NFL and the AFL. The first ever super bowl took place on January 15,1967 and included the NFL’s Green Bay Packers beat the AFL’s Kansas City Chiefs 35-10. The game was held at the Los Angeles Coliseum where the tickets where $12 now they are a couple thousands that was the only super bowl that didn’t sell out.

NFL stands for N national, F football, L league football is a very physical sport it is hard on the body and mind. Football is mostly known for its amazing plays and it´s outrageous injuries like concussions, broken bones, dislocations, and ligament tears.
